InnPlanner Interface

InnPlanner Interface

General information

InnPlanner interface is similar to MS Outlook, so if you have ever worked with MS Outlook before, it will be easier for you to master InnPlanner.

The main window of InnPlanner consists of two parts. In the left, there is a navigation panel which helps to select a folder (tool) you want to work with, for example calendar, room setup, customer database, etc. In the right (larger) part of the main window, the content of the selected folder is represented.

If the selected folder contains several records (for example room types, tariffs), then at the top part of the window you shall see available records in the form of a table, and at the bottom part - the selected record.

The folder may be an informational page, i.e. reservation calendar, greeting window, etc. In this case you may work with them as with a generic web-page right and left mouse clicking on the links:

Working with forms

As it has been mentioned above, all information is edited in forms. Majority of the form elements are standard, but some may require additional attention.

Working with Combo Field

If enabled, click the [*] button located next to this field to add or remove values in the dropdown list:

Working with Date Field

To change the date, double-click the date field:

The yellow color shows the current date, while the red color stands for the selected date.

  • Copy image to the clipboard - Is used to copy the current image to clipboard. Afterwards you can easily insert it in any program;
  • Open Image - Is used to open an image in a separate window;
  • Delete Image -  Is used to delete an image from the database.
  • Convert to jpeg -  Is used to convert an image into the small-size jpeg format.
